Spaceland Arcade

The 1960s were known as the space age when a new open air arcade was developed on John Street.

Some Salisbury residents may still remember the Spaceland Play Rocket, which was located in the arcade, originally as piece of play equipment with a slide. The slide closed down at one stage but the rocket remained.
